CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & RETURNS

At Illumenature, we take great pride in our products and services. We want you to be proud of your purchase as well! We stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied please follow the instructions below.

We will provide a merchandise refund or exchange for orders within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, Illumenature will repair or replace your merchandise against manufacturer defects for up to one year. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns can be made via mail. To make a return by mail, simply email us at ccare@illumenature.com. Let us know the desired action to be taken, such as a replacement or refund. We will email you the information needed for return. Please be sure to use a method of shipment that can be tracked such as UPS, DHL, or FEDEX.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your return that includes your name and address.

We do our best to ship same day, if we receive your order and have all your information before 1:00 pm. EST. and all items are in stock.
All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail. Ground orders are not guaranteed by a certain day, and therefore cannot be reimbursed if late.
